Almost all studies and reports conducted last year have called it ‘hybrid work’. Basically, it’s a new way of working that has been functioning within the business fabric for a couple of years now.
This change is at advanced levels and tests leadership that now needs to reshape office space and rearrange teams. In this sense, many companies have seen hidden benefits within this innovative employment modality.
