Hey, Sesame
You have asked us a lot of questions... and here are some of our answers
-
What is a selection process like at Sesame?
Our Human Resources team, after the first CV screening, contacts you to have a first interview by video call to get to know you and to chat a bit about your background and experience. This interview usually includes people from the team you are applying for. If you continue in the process, you will have a technical test and we will give you a period of time to complete it. The final stage will be with the area manager, where you can discuss the position, the team and what you can expect from your experience at Sesame in more depth. Keep in mind that each vacancy is different, and that this process may be modified due to internal needs. In any case, we will keep you informed of what the next step is and what will happen next. Also keep in mind that all times may be delayed if there is a high volume of applicants.
-
How long do selection processes take?
It depends a lot on the type of profile we are looking for, the open vacancy, the number of candidates who have applied and the stages they have to go through. In any case, we will keep you informed at all times of how the process is progressing so that you can get an idea of the time frame.
-
What does the technical test consist of?
One of the phases of the selection process in the most specialized profiles is the technical test. We want to see you in action! so the managers of your future team will present you with a practical case that you must solve using all your skills. Normally these are activities that could be part of your day-to-day work in that position. This serves not only to evaluate your technical potential, but also to see how we work and if it is the challenge you are looking for. Don't worry, we will provide you with all the information, deadlines and resources you need to successfully complete your test.

Can I send you my CV even if there is no vacancy open for my profile?
Of course! We are always happy to meet interesting profiles. If you do not see any offer that fits you, you can send us your CV to rrhh@sesametime.com. We will review it and keep it for future processes.
-
If I am interested in several offers, should I apply to all of them, or is sending my CV to one enough?
You must apply to all the offers you are interested in individually. Keep in mind that often each process is managed by a different person, so it only starts with the people who have applied specifically to that offer. So, if you have the skills and experience, we invite you to apply to all the positions that fit you.
