Organizations that require their employees to turn up to work at a physical location are in greater need of this metric. Moreover, this is no longer a matter of choice but a matter of compliance in various countries in the world, including the US.

Tracking your employees’ physical health helps you identify those employees with a higher chance of getting infected. It also makes monitoring them for any sign of infections much easier.

Employee Risk of Exposure

Some people would tell you this is the most important metric to track in a post-covid world. Monitoring your employees’ risk of exposure helps you create a safer work environment in a post covid world. By knowing which employees are more likely to contract the virus, you know which employees warrant isolation and which don’t.
