We all have our ways of keeping organized, right? Maybe you keep a to-do list with tidy check boxes, or have a color-coded index card system. Or maybe you have some kind of it-just-works-for-me way to keep on track. However, when you’re tackling a project with a team and have layers of deliverables, using task management software is the way to go.
A task management software functions as a kind of Swiss Army knife for project managers. Schedules, deliverables, contacts, important files (or links to them) and team assignments are all in one place. All of this well organized, easy to navigate and easy to update.
The magical part of task management system is that at any given time, any team member can log in and see what they’ve done, what they need to do and how much time they have left to do it. Confusion is eliminated, expectations are clear, and projects *should* run smoothly.
